✨Wild blueberry tart with Ashwagandha, elderberry, and heirloom cacao! 🪴 Beloveds, we continue with the absolutely delicious, functional snacks/desserts, because LOVE is in the air. 🌈👁🪄🔥✨ Blueberry Tart with a no bake cacao base by @sculptedkitchen Ingredients: 1 cup of toasted hazelnuts, with skin brushed off 1 cup of pecans, toasted 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts (or sub cashews or add more pecans/hazelnuts) 2 cups of pitted dates (approx 12-14 dates) 1 tablespoon of ashwangadha @animamundiherbals 1/4 cup of heirloom cacao @animamundiherbals Method: Toast your nuts in the oven at 350F for 10 mins. Remove shells from hazelnuts. Pour into a food processor & pulse 4 times. Add in your dates and the rest of the ingredients and blend until it’s sticky. Press it into your tart mould, taking the time to build the walls and a supportive base. Place into freezer until your filling is ready. Ingredients: 4 cups of frozen wild blueberries 1 can of thick coconut cream (no water inside) 1 Tbsp of coconut cream @animamundiherbals 4 tablespoons of maple syrup 1 tsp of elderberry syrup @animamundiherbals 2 tsp of agar agar powder (vegan gelatin) Method: Lightly boil your blueberries in a pan until it starts releases liquid and softened. RAINBO MOUNDS for radiant hormones 🌈🌞🌳 these seedy, nourishing, nutrient dense balls are straight from mama earth. Made with a variety of whole-foods ingredients, these mounds are energizing, satiating, and deeply nourishing to our body, mind, and soul. 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds 1/4 cup raw flax seeds 11/2 cup dates 1/4 cup shredded coconut 2 tbsp coconut oil 1/4 cup coconut flour 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Begin to blend, slowly increase the speed. Scrape down sides as needed! Once a sticky dough has formed, gently press into mounds. Use damp hands for easier rolling. Warming adaptogenic heirloom chocolate 🍫 I cand get enough of chocolate this time of the year. So I felt like making something indulging yet good for you.💕 Recipe: (This recipe is for one big serving or two medium servings) 1 1/2 cup oat milk 2 tbsp heirloom cacao 1/3 tsp ashwaghanda 1/2 tsp maca powder 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder 1 tbsp agave syrup How to: Pour the oat milk in a saucepan and let it slowly become warm. Ones you hear the heat rising, lower the heat until middle so it doesn't start boiling but keeps it warm. Whisk in the cacao, ashwaghanda and maca powder. Ones completely whisked in put the saucepan aside and add in the vanilla and agave syrup. Serve with plant based cream of choice.💗

I wasn't feeling like having my regular morning toast today so I mixed up a dreamy chocolate smoothie instead.🙏💕 It was so lovely so I do urge you to try it! With rose petals and dried raspberry it couldn't get any better!🥰 Recipe: Ingredients: (For one serving) 1/2 avocado 2 bananas 1 cup frozen mango chunks 1 tbsp heirloom cacao 1/3 tsp ashwaghanda powder A dash of oat milk How to: Put all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend everything until smooth. Top it with granola, dried raspberries and rose petals. I really recommend this topping to this smoothie because it really makes this whole bowl amazing!!💗🌙 (I used the ashwaghanda powder and heirloom cacao from animamundiherbals and it was soo lovely! ✨)
