Ancestral Elements: Plant Medicine Circle with Cacao
Join us at The Alchemist Kitchen Elixir Bar in SoHo on Friday October 24th at 7pm for a plant meditation with cacao; as we lean into the Season of the Witch and reconnect with the wisdom of our ancestors.
As the veil thins and we begin to traverse into the darkness of the winter months, we feel a call to draw inwards, connecting with the mystical dimensions of the spiritual self. Through cultivating connection with the medicine of cacao, elemental practices, and a drum journey we are able to engage our inner knowing through the vibrations of our ancestral memories.
Cacao is a medicine held sacred by the Maya whose connection to this plant spans over 5,000 years, during which time, they have cultivated a relationship with Cacao, that is intentional and incredibly profound. They receive her as a gift brought forth from another dimension, a path of remembrance to which we will all return.

Elisabeth has been serving Cacao since 2019 and is currently studying alongside aMayan family and community of the Tz’utujil and K’iche’ lineages. She has abackground in eco-therapy, trauma informed somatic integration, archetypalpsychology, and energy healing. She is an Italian lineage healer and practitioner ofancestral spirituality.
