- Are these bitters safe while breastfeeding?
- Hi Simone, We do not recommend taking Amargo Bitters while breastfeeding. Some digestive herbs that are considered safe to take at this time are Ginger, Chamomile, and Fennel.
- Is the vegetable glycerine from corn?
- Hi Kris, We use kosher and organic food grade vegetable glycerin made from sunflower, flax and coconut oil. We never use the biodiesel bi-product (which most companies use because it's unfortunately the cheapest).
- How do you take these drops? I usually have coffee or tea in the afternoon and I wonder if I could put the drops in hot beverages
- Hi Chiara, The Bitters are great added to a digestive tea such as ginger or turmeric and are best consumed on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before a meal.
