8-Week Holistic Herbalism Course (Fall 2025)

Join us every Sunday from 10:30am-12:30pm for an immersive 8-week, in-person herbalism course at our Venice Apothecary from September 28th thru November 16th: 

This introductory course in holistic herbalism is specially designed for beginners eager to explore the world of medicinal plants. It offers a comprehensive journey through the foundational aspects of herbal healing, aligning with Ayurvedic and holistic principles that view health as a balance of body, mind, and spirit.

Participants will learn about the energetics and actions of medicinal herbs, how to source herbs ethically and sustainably, create basic herbal remedies, and understand the Ayurvedic concept of elemental constitutions.

It's an ideal starting point for those new to herbalism, providing them with the tools and knowledge to integrate herbal practices into daily life for enhanced well-being.

Course lead by Pauline Cornu-Labat, an Argentine American herbalist, started her holistic healing journey at Maharishi University, specializing in Ayurvedic healing. With diverse education, she's taken part in courses like Evolutionary Herbalism and Dancing Shiva 600hr Ayurveda, among others. Founder of Healing Habits, she merges Ayurvedic wisdom with holistic herbalism. Currently, as the head herbalist at Venice Anima Mundi Apothecary, her philosophy focuses on blending ancient traditions with modern insights for holistic wellness.
