Refund policy

Returns

If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt; if it's past the 15th day a 15% fee will be deducted from the total. Additionally, returned products that have been opened incur a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.


Damaged Product

If you have Route Package Protection on your order, please submit a claim to Route for either a replacement or refund. You can go to Route's website (Resolve Center (route.com) and enter your email address and order number to begin the resolution process. If you do not have Route Package Protection, please email us at info@animamundiherbals.com to file a claim for the damaged item. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. Please include photos of: all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also confirm any refund amount, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)

Orders purchased during sale periods can be canceled prior to shipment, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Once an order has been shipped, however, sale is final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 



International Orders

If you receive damaged products, we will gladly grant a refund, with the exception of shipping fees. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. Please include photos of all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself. All claims need to be made within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. 

If you're not satisfied with a product, simply return it to us for a partial refund. All returns of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Start by submitting a claim to info@animamundiherbals.com. Then ship to our facility at 31 Noble St., Brooklyn, NY, 11222, USA with your name, order number, and reason for return.
