- Hi Lauren, While we don't know exactly how Mara R takes Bobinsana, we recommend steeping 1-2tsp of powder in 2cups of hot water, infuse for about 8 minutes. Traditionally it is drank as a decoction for added strength. For a stronger brew use 2-3tsp in 2 cups of hot water, and boil down for 15minutes. Strain if needed, and add choice of sweetener. Pair with other aromatic plants such as chai spices, or roses for a delicious brew. Enjoy before meditation or before bed.
