Terrible product

"Simmered the powder for 15 minutes as recommended by customer service for my leaky gut and for better absorbtion, did that and the powder formed lumps, took it and had diahrrea. The inside of the bag has aluminum, materials of the inside of the bag are absorbed by the product. I don't like that it comes in powder because it is an additional processing for the product. The natural product is not powder, it is a bark."
