- I usually don't have any issues with strong flavours when it comes to medicine and I'm defo experiencing a very positive effect with the Mucuna, however I'm finding it really really difficult to handle the taste as it is so strong. I put it in a Smoothie but its almost overpowering everything else in the Smoothie. Any tips or tricks what could make it a little less pungent please?
- Hello there, thank you for your question! Add 1/2 tsp to your tea, coffee, milk, smoothie, or functional food. You can combine with cacao or other strong yummy flavors. Enjoy up to 2 times per day. If intaking frequently, consume for up to 12 weeks. Stop use, and resume after a 2-3 week break.
- Is Macuna generally safe if pregnant or breastfeeding?
- Hi Rachel, Mucuna is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding. Some products you could try that are generally considered beneficial are Adaptogenic Mushrooms, Cacao, Moringa, and Turmeric.
