Miso-Tahini Dressing

INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp tahini, 1 tsp chickpea miso (or miso of choice), 2 cloves garlic, 1.5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1-2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional), 1 tsp lemon juice, 0.5 tsp Adaptogenic Tonic, 1 Tbsp honey (optional), water (as needed), salt + pepper DIRECTIONS: In a bowl or blender, add tahini, minced garlic, miso, Adaptogenic Tonic, oil, vinegar and nutritional yeast, and mix intensively until smooth.
