Fill the molds with chocolate, making sure each cavity is completely covered, then place it upside down on a cooling rack over the bowl of chocolate, allowing the excess to drip out. Stick it in the freezer as you make the filling. For the filling, melt a few bars of good quality white chocolate using the same method and caution. Once melted, add an equal amount of heavy whipping cream to make a ganache. Whisk in a few tablespoons of @animamundiherbals Euphoria powder and some beetroot powder for color (optional.) Fill the molds with the filling, allowing a bit of space to then top with more regular chocolate.
