"I started to take this to level out my hormones. I started with half a teaspoon every other day. Then with trial and error, every few days to once a week. Unfortunately, every time I took this I had the worse stomach cramps of my life and had to completely stop it. I tried it different ways; on a full stomach, empty stomach, morning/mid-day/evening and nothing changed. So be sure you give yourself some time with this especially if your body is sensitive."

- Hi Jacquelynn, All of our products should have a sticker on each product with the shelf life date . Typically tonics and elixir will last 2 years.
