The Delight Transit: Cacao & Handpan

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Tuesday September 22nd at 7pm for an evening of ceremonial cacao and handpan. 

You may know this evening as Return to Body, this time, it's reimagined as The Delight Transit. Fall Equinox isn't just about balance; it's about harvest, and the abundance already here. This week carries its own shift too: from overthinking into what's called Delight, the ease that arrives once you stop forcing things and settle into your body — the same return to yourself, a new way in. A transit mapped in the I Ching, shared across Human Design and Gene Keys.

Everything tonight is tuned to it. Three cacao pours by Soul & Spirit move you through it. Alternabeat's handpan marks each turn with a different resonance: low and grounding at first, opening wider as the night does. Sacred Geometry cards are drawn phase by phase, mirroring what's unfolding rather than sitting apart from it. Gentle somatic movement threads through each stage, keeping the whole night in the body, not just the head.

The flow:
Three movements, three cacao elixirs. Grounding opens low and warm. Openness lightens into rose and play. Delight opens fully into orange and release. Each phase is paired with its own somatic movement and its own Sacred Geometry card, drawn live.

Good to know:
Come dressed comfortably to sit on a cushion. Avoid caffeine a few hours before, and leave 90 minutes to 2 hours since your last meal. Space is limited to 12 — advance tickets required. The cacao is vegan and nut-free, but if you have any allergies, please reach out in advance.

She's a certified Authentic Relating facilitator and a longtime student of numerous methodologies of self-inquiry, mindfulness, and energetic systems in her own life — this night draws directly from that practice.
