Ear seeds are rooted in the rich heritage of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and are used to reduce stress, relieve pain, restore balance, enhance energy flow, and more.

TCM teaches that the ear reflects the whole body, with different points connecting to specific organs or body parts. Ear seeds stimulate these points, promoting the flow of qi, or vital life force energy, to areas in need of healing.

Originally derived from the natural vaccaria plant, ear seeds are a form of auriculotherapy, a practice shown to help with a variety of issues and symptoms such as:

  • Chronic pain
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Infertility
  • Migraines or other headaches
  • Addiction
  • Weight loss

As a non-invasive approach with a deep legacy in TCM, ear seeds are an accessible way to address a wide range of conditions, while also supporting and harmonizing the mind, body, and soul.

Each ear seed offering includes a personal consultation, a detailed explanation of ear seeds, and a customized treatment.
