Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Tuesday December 17th at 7pm for a heart opening breathwork journey that taps into the wonder of the holiday season. This breathwork experience will guide you into rediscovering the joy, awe, and magic that comes with the holidays—whether you’re feeling festive or in need of a little lift.
Through active breathwork, we’ll embrace a playful, light-hearted energy and open our hearts to the beauty of connection. Let’s shake off stress, awaken your inner child, and breathe in the holiday spirit together.
Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, brighter, and ready to celebrate the magic of this season.
Please bring:
- Eye Mask or scarf
- Water Bottle
- A journal + pen, and an open mind:)
Please know:
- Hydrate well before and afterwards to support your body.
- Avoid alcohol / drugs 24 hours prior to the session.
- Avoid any heavy meals at least 2 hours prior to session so that you're digestive system is relaxed.

Amanda Persky is a dedicated breathwork facilitator and certified crystal healer who empowers others through breathwork, meditation, and storytelling. She has trained with Niraj Naik at Soma Breath, Jason Amoroso at Revelation Breathwork, and studied various indigenous traditions under Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman at Shamanic Fire Reiki. Amanda integrates intuitive and creative methods to blend these healing modalities and spiritual teachings into her breathwork facilitation sessions.
