Hi! Approximately how many milligrams of turmeric or curcumin is in one serving of curam?

I have just recently started using CURAM, and am enjoying it very much! I know that, according to the information on the bottle, 1 tsp. is considered a serving. Is that the recommended daily amount, or is it OK to take more? Thank you!
Hi Nancy, Generally, you can take up to 3 doses per day, depending on your needs. We recommend spacing them out instead of taking several servings all at once.
I fast for 16 hours each day to support blood sugar control, metabolism, and heart health. I started to drink a mixture of hibiscus rose powder, the curam elixer, and the schisandra rose elixer in the morning. I wondered if the elixirs break my fast. I saw that someone asked about intermittent fasting, but you needed more information about the reason for fasting in order to answer. After 10-12 hours our bodies stop burning sugar and start burning fat, which supports my goals of metabolism, blood sugar, and heart health support. Thank you!

That said, given the ingredients within the blend, the calories are minimal and could be fine to take while fasting. For a more conservative approach, I would recommend taking the products only within the hours that you are breaking your fast. A note that elixirs and tonics are extracted with vegetable glycerin and alcohol, and typically not suggested while fasting. Hope this helps!
So I finished my 1st bottle and I loved it. But I noticed some turmeric at the bottom of the bottle. Can we add this to water or juice. Or can we apply it to our skin. Or is it best to throw it away ?
Hi Ruby, Sedimentation naturally occurs with our elixirs, and the sediment is completely edible and usable! We recommend adding some water to the bottle to loosen the sediment, and then you can drink it as is, or add it to your choice of tea or juice.
The cane spirits.. is there enough in the formula to cause inebriation? Would I be able to take this before going work or could I potentially get tipsy?
Hi Ashley, The Cane Spirits are used as an extraction and should not affect you as alcohol does. This product is meant to be taken at all times of the day, and is even safe for children. If you are still concerned/extra sensitive, we recommend steeping it in hot (not boiling water) for 5 minutes before consuming to dissipate any alcohol.
Will taking this supplement first thing in the morning break an intermittent fast?
Hi Christa, Since the reasoning and specifics behind intermittent fasting varies between each individual, we can't say for certain whether it would "break a fast". So when it comes to any substance, what you’re really asking is: Does it activate the processes you want to be turned off during your fast? If yes, then that thing might “break your fast,” and you should avoid it until your fast is over. If not, you’re good.
