Spring Equinox Meditation

Join us for a intimate morning meditation on Friday, March 20th from 9:30-11:30am in our Venice garden.

The Spring Equinox is upon us and with it, a time for physical and spiritual rebirth. As nature reawakens, it begs the question: What do you want to reawaken in yourself in this new beginning?

The Spring Equinox, occurring on March 20, 2026, marks a moment of balance between day and night, symbolizing renewal and new beginnings. This event offers an ideal opportunity to align your mindfulness practice and intention-setting with the season's energy.. After our  practice, we will reflect in a journal to clarify your vision and create actionable steps.

About Jimena

Born in Bucaramanga, Colombia, Jimena Beal first discovered her passion for psychology and human behavior while studying at the UNAB University. In 2007 Jimena moved to Los Angeles, CA. 

Under Dr. Allen, Jimena continued her psychology studies at WANT® INSTITUTE  (http://wantinstitute.org). Jimena is a Certified Transactional Analysis  Practitioner Instructor.  Years later, Jimena found the final piece to complete her practice while at UCLA where she attended the Mindfulness Awareness Research Center. Diana Winston the Director of Mindfulness Education guided her Intensive Practice Program.

Most recently, Jimena continues to help individuals and couples all over the world and maintains her mindfulness practice.
