In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn to read your home as an energetic extension of your inner world: where flow feels open, where stagnation has gathered, and where your home may be gently asking for renewal. 

Through grounding practices, intuitive home-mapping, emotional energy decoding, and simple shifts you can begin right away, you’ll explore how to transform one room or area of your home into a supportive, aligned space. Together, we’ll look at why certain spaces drain or nourish you, how your home interacts with your subconscious, and how intentional rituals and small design changes can open the flow of what you truly desire in the new year. 

You’ll leave with a personalized Home Energy Reset plan, to help you create a home that feels lighter, clearer, and more deeply supportive of your desires.

Payal Patel is the founder of Mindful Interiors by Payal, a holistic interior design and energy healing practice dedicated to helping people create homes that feel nourishing, supportive, and aligned with the life they desire. Her spiritual journey began more than a decade ago through meditation and energy work, where she discovered a profound connection between a person’s inner world and the energy of their home.

Through Reiki and Atomic Energy Healing, emotional clearing, manifestation practices, and intuitive interior design, Payal learned that shifting the energy of a home often creates deep shifts within the self. Today, she blends these modalities to help you release stagnant patterns across all four bodies—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic—clear heaviness within your home, reconnect with your true intentions, and create environments that genuinely support your wellbeing and desires.
