Join us for a guided meditation ceremony designed to quiet the mind, sharpen inner discernment, and reconnect you with the deeper intelligence guiding your life on Saturday, April 11th from 7-9pm in our Venice garden.

In a world filled with noise, pressure, and constant decision-making, many of us lose touch with the quiet inner intelligence that knows exactly what is right for us.

This evening ceremony is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to the deeper field of awareness within you — the place where clarity, guidance, and creative power naturally arise.

Jesse will lead a meditative journey in consciousness, along with the healing sounds of Sarah Wakabayashi, to enter a relaxed and receptive state that allows the mind and body to release accumulated tension and subconscious programs that keep us doubting our power and connection to Self.

As the nervous system softens and the mind grows quiet, many participants experience a natural opening to insight, intuitive knowing, and subtle communication from the natural world and benevolent unseen guides.

During this ceremonial meditation and sound bath experience, you may:

About Jesse

Jesse Zastrow holds multidimensional healing spaces that blend Stargate energies, channeled sound and shamanic activation. Through his work with Anima Mundi, he guides groups into profound states of remembrance, alignment and communion with the living intelligence of the soul.

In 2019, Jesse entered a series of profound spiritual awakenings that reshaped the course of this life and deepened his connection to the unseen realms, Through these initiations, he answered an inner calling to support humanity's remembrance - guiding others out of the collective amnesia that obscures their true essence and divine awareness. His work now serves as both a pathway and a catalyst for awakening, empowerment, and embodied spiritual sovereignty.

About Sarah

Sarah Wakabayashi's healing journey began in her early 20s through massage therapy school, where she fell in love with the human anatomy and specialized in Craniosacral Therapy and Structural Integration. Her work with the body naturally expanded into holistic nutrition and nervous system balance, and eventually into sound healing where she now uses frequency to fuse the physical and spiritual worlds.

Over the years, Sarah has also worked closely with members of the Lakota Sioux Tribe, deepening her understanding of ceremony, presence, and heart centered healing. She is honored to co-create this sound experience with Jesse, and the Anima Mundi community, offering a space for grounding, release, and reconnection.
