Cordyceps Rose Spiced Latte

INGREDIENTS: 5 green cardamom pods, 3 whole cloves, 1 star anise (optional), 5 black peppercorns (optional), 1 c water, 3+ slices ginger, 1 cinnamon stick (broken into pieces), 2 Tbsp black tea, 1 Tbsp Rose petals, 1 tsp Cordyceps powder, 1/2 tsp Coconut Cream powder, 1 c milk of choice, sweetener of choice. DIRECTIONS: Lightly crush spices together and place in a small pot with 1 cup of water. Add Ginger, Cinnamon, Cordyceps, and black tea. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let seep 10 minutes…. or for several hours. The longer, the more flavor. Once the heat is mild, add the Rose petals and steep them with the rest. Strain and add your milk and coconut cream powder and whisk intensively to froth it up. Or if you're making a big batch, you can add your milk and cream once you're ready to serve. This way you can keep a big jar of the concentrate in your fridge. Add sweetener to taste. Enjoy!
