"I have used Cordyceps coffee in the past and felt it was too much stimulant with caffeine combined. So, I decided to try this powder in decaffeinated coffee. My energy last for hours without the “crash” that normally happens with caffeine for me. Excellent for work out energy and stamina. I use it in my pre workout protein smoothie. - Is this safe to take, since I am breastfeeding?
- I would approach taking cordyceps while breast feeding with caution. There is not enough research done on this herb in relation to pregnancy and lactation. Ideally you stick to herbs that are known to be safe during breastfeeding like Oat straw, Nettle, Moringa, Milk thistle, Rose, Chamomile. and Cacao.
