SUGGESTED USE

Rose Cordyceps Latte

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1tsp Rose powder
  • 1/2tsp Cordyceps powder
  • 1tsp warming spice mix (Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, etc.)
  • 4oz hot water
  • 4oz warm plant-based milk

DIRECTIONS: Add Rose, Cordyceps and spices into a mug and pour hot water over. Add milk and sweetener of choice, stir and enjoy!

If you’re new to the formulas and looking for general maintenance, we recommend starting with one product at a time (or two at most) and using it consistently until the jar is finished. This gives you the opportunity to really tune into how each formula feels in your body and what it’s supporting for you. Once you’re more familiar with them, you can rotate or combine them more intuitively depending on your needs and what you’d like to focus on.
