Three teas, one glass, every phase of the cycle visible in the pour. Tart cherry and Follicular Tea on the bottom, Ovulatory Tea layered slowly in the middle, a billowy Luteal Tea cream foam on top, and a dusting of loose Moon Tea to finish. It's a full cycle in a glass, and it looks exactly like that.
The layering is the technique worth knowing here. Each tea needs to cool completely before it goes in, and the Ovulatory layer goes over the back of a spoon so it floats rather than sinks into the cherry base. Don't rush it; the layers are the point.
The Teas
Follicular Tea opens the glass. Formulated for the energizing, outward phase after the bleed, it features Burdock Root (a mineralizing root traditionally used to support liver cleansing and natural elimination pathways) alongside botanicals that support the body's return to brightness and momentum.*
Ovulatory Tea becomes the middle layer, poured slowly over a spoon to hold its shape. The ovulatory phase is the peak of the cycle. This blend is formulated to meet that energy, supporting vitality and radiance at the body's most outward moment.*
Luteal Tea becomes the foam. Tulsi, Linden, Schisandra, Calendula, and Blue Cornflower (the blend for the winding-down days before the bleed) whipped into cream with honey until thick and billowy.* The most grounding layer sits, fittingly, on top.
Moon Tea finishes the glass as a garnish. The menstrual phase blend scattered loose across the foam, completing the cycle.
