Luteal Phase Taro Latte

Luteal Phase Taro Latte

The luteal phase asks for warmth, and this latte delivers it in every sense. Earthy taro, honey, cinnamon, and steamed walnut milk built on a base of Luteal Tea, the phase-specific herbal blend formulated to ease the tension, bloating, and emotional heaviness that tend to show up in the second half of the cycle.* A generous spoonful of Collagen Booster Powder stirs in alongside the taro, supporting the skin, hair, and connective tissue at a phase when the body benefits most from that kind of deep nourishment.* Top it with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon, and you have something that feels genuinely indulgent while doing real, purposeful work.

Taro brings a natural starchiness that makes the latte feel thick and grounding. It's the kind of drink that settles you rather than winds you up. Paired with the nervine herbs in the luteal tea and the warming sweetness of honey, this is less a caffeine ritual and more an act of care toward yourself during a week when that matters.

What's In the Mug

Luteal Tea is a phase-specific blend formulated by our in-house herbalists to support the body during the luteal phase — typically days 15–28 — when progesterone rises, energy turns inward, and the nervous system benefits most from gentle, grounding support.* It forms the base of this latte, steeped strong so the herbs carry through the milk and taro.

Collagen Booster Powder is a plant-based blend of He Shou Wu, Horsetail, Nettle, Gynostemma, Calendula, and Mangosteen, traditionally used to support the body's natural collagen production and connective tissue health.* The luteal phase is an ideal time to lean into this kind of structural nourishment — and stirred into warm, sweet walnut milk, it disappears completely into the drink.
