Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Matcha
- 1 tsp Golden Sun Milk
- 1/4 cup (100mL) coconut cream, divided (barista style: fit to whip)
- 1/4 cup (100mL) coconut water
- Ice as needed
- Spin it! Goes well with: vanilla, sweetener of choice, pepper, lemon zest
Directions:
- Whip half of the coconut cream with a frother, adding the Matcha and some milk if it becomes too stiff.
- Repeat the process with the other half of the coconut cream, but add Golden Sun Milk.
- Spoon the Golden Sun cream into the bottom of your mug, and top it with ice. Then, gently pour the coconut water over the ice, and finish by spooning the Matcha milk on top.
Note: the sweetness of the coconut water should be enough to make the latte delicious when mixed. Still, if you want more sweetness or to enjoy each layer separately, add your favorite sweetener after whipping each of the two cream layers.
