When it melts into the golden latte beneath, the color shift is genuinely mesmerizing.

Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp Golden Sun Milk
- 1 cup steamed coconut milk (full fat gives the richest, creamiest result)
- 1-2 tsp honey
- optional: 2.5 scoops collagen peptides
For the cream topping:
- 3 Tbsp coconut cream or heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower powder
- 1/3 tsp sweetener of choice (we used honey)
Instructions
1. Make the butterfly pea cream first. Combine the cold coconut cream, Butterfly Pea Flower Powder, and sweetener in a small bowl or jar. Using a handheld frother, whip for 20–30 seconds until thickened and lightly airy; it should hold its shape when spooned. The cream should be a deep blue-violet. Set aside.
2. Warm the latte base. Heat coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling (around 150–160°F).
3. Blend until smooth. Transfer the warm coconut milk to a blender or tall jar. Add Golden Sun Milk Powder, honey, and collagen peptides if using. Blend or froth for 15–20 seconds until silky, golden, and slightly frothy.
4. Pour and layer. Pour the golden latte base into your favorite mug. Spoon the butterfly pea cream gently over the top, pouring slowly over the back of a spoon to keep the layers distinct.
5. Enjoy immediately. Stir once or twice as you drink to watch the colors shift and bloom.
