Cake Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups gluten-free 1:1 flour 
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut or maple sugar
  • 1 cup oat or milk of choice
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup water with 3 Tbsp ground flax meal, mixed and sitting for 5 minutes
  • 2 Tbsp Euphoria Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Heirloom Cacao 
  • 2 tsp Euphoria Elixir
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp sea salt

Glaze Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease and flour a large bundt pan. 

2. Whisk the flax meal into the water and let it sit as you prep everything else. 

3. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients until well-mixed.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, oil, and Euphoria Elixir. 

5. Add the wet into the dry and stir in the gelled flax "eggs". 

6. Scoop the batter into the bundt pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness. Use a spaghetti noodle to test it if you don't have a long enough skewer. 

7. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze: mIx all ingredients together in a small bowl and after the cake is completely cooled, pour it evenly over the top. Decorate with edible flowers and enjoy!
