The Nervous System Reset: Mind, Skin & Soul

Join us for an afternoon of skin restoration with MĒNOS skincare on Sunday, August 23rd from 1:20-3:30pm in our Venice apothecary. 

The Nervous System Reset is an intimate afternoon devoted to the connection between mind, skin, and soul. Seated together at a communal table with mirrors and MĒNOS skincare, guests will learn holistic skincare principles and gentle lymphatic facial massage techniques while exploring how the nervous system can influence the skin. The experience will close with a guided meditation and deeply restorative sound bath, inviting everyone to soften, reset, and leave feeling more grounded in their skin and body.

Sarah Mirsini is the founder of MĒNOS, a certified herbalist, natural skincare formulator, holistic wellness coach, and meditation and sound healing practitioner. Drawing from her own journey with acne and nervous system healing, she creates immersive rituals that weave together botanical skincare, education, meditation, and sound to help others reconnect with their skin, body, and inner selves.
