The Lotus + The Rose

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on WednesdayAugust 19th at 7pm. As dusk settles and candlelight begins to soften the room, we gather for an evening of deep rest, beauty, and remembrance with the ancient flowers of Blue Lotus + Rose Damascena.

A guided tea meditation with Blue Lotus + Rose, invites us into the senses of the body as the nervous system begins to deeply relax. Through aroma, warmth, taste, breath, and presence, we'll allow these two beloved flowers to soften the mind, relax the body, and open quiet pathways into the heart.

Melt into sound currents while fresh Roses and dew-kissed Lotus flowers are gently placed upon the body as living healers. Their soft petals, fragrance, and presence offering their medicine in whatever way you may need it most.

There is something profoundly beautiful when these two flowers meet: Lotus teaches us to receive the mystery, while Rose teaches us to embody it. One opens the quiet inner waters. The other reminds the heart how to bloom. Both holding ancient stories, medicine, and myth. Together, they invite us into a remembrance. Come exactly as you are, and allow yourself to be held by the medicine of Blue Lotus and Rose.

Her path of study is one that explores the connection of the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of wellness in both linear + non-linear realms. Adrienne’s lineage comes from the SWANA region (Southwest Asia + North Africa) and Ireland. The plants have led her on a journey of ancestral remembrance, which serves as a deep guide + inspiration in all that she shares and all that she is. Adrienne’s calling is to guide others in their quest to reconnect with the earth, spirit, and their own bodies + hearts. Through her work, she offers a sacred space for individuals to access wisdom, support, healing and connection with the earth + themselves.
