Sacred Cacao and Movement Circle

Join Aylin from Westside Yogis for a nourishing evening of ceremonial cacao and embodied movement on Friday, October 23rd from 7-8:30pm at our Venice apothecary.

We’ll begin by a guided meditation, intuitive movement, and playful expression, allowing the body to lead and the mind to soften. Followed by, slowing down with a cup of ceremonial cacao, creating space to connect inward and set an intention. A beautiful invitation to reconnect with your body, awaken your senses, and experience movement as a form of meditation, connection, and joy. No dance experience necessary, just please bring a journal, your own cup for cacao and come as you are.

About Aylin

Aylin is a multidisciplinary artist, dancer, experience curator, meditator, and yogi devoted to movement, presence, and community. Her spiritual journey began at the age of seven through dance, a practice that has shaped her path as both a teacher and a lifelong student. She then founded her beach yoga company called 'Westside yogis' in 2021 and has been building her community since then as well as having secured partnerships with adidas runners, lululemon, soho house, The Proper hotels and other amazing brands and venues.
