Our First Home: Moon Cycle Workshop

Join us on Sunday, August 16th from 2-3:30pm for a hormonal healing workshop in our Venice garden.

A one-day workshop dedicated to the menstruating woman. Guests will move through a grounded curriculum focused on cycle-based nutrition, body literacy, and supporting hormonal balance with whole foods.

Together, we’ll explore simple herbal allies and intentionally prepared bites designed to meet the body’s ever-changing needs throughout the cycle. The experience is rooted in listening inward, honoring natural rhythms, and cultivating a more intuitive relationship with food, herbs, and the body.

Reclaiming our connection to our first home ( menstruating body). There will be a charcuterie board consuming delicious hormonal balancing snack. Great for anytime of the month and some particular for the certain phases of the cycle.

The snacks will play as an intro into my nutrition segment, as I will be explaining the connection to food is just as important as the connection to your hormones/womb.

Be prepared to connect, learn, and trust your body as she moves through her monthly moon.

About Jaime

Jaime Malone is a licensed Holistic Nutritionist, born and raised in Los Angeles, with a deep- rooted passion for helping women of all ages reconnect to their bodies and find hormonal balance through nourishment. With a background in doula work and Reiki healing, her approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in whole-body care. After completing the National Holistic Institute’s 800+ hour program, Jaime expanded her practice to blend nutrition, herbal wisdom, and energetic support—guiding women toward sustainable balance, vitality, and self-trust at every stage of life.
