"I am a recovering agoraphobic. I suffered from extremely low energy/ weakness for many months, along with a poor appetite. I am always very skeptical to start a new routine, since my body decides to reject something (supplements, adaptogenic mushrooms, raw cocao) weeks into adding it into my routine. But I gave this tea a chance, and I am so happy I did. Initially I noticed an increase in energy and overall ability to cope with my daily tasks. I have been using this tea pretty much daily for the last 6 months. If you are looking for an extra additive to your morning routine that is not coffee and not a buzz you get from caffeine, this tea is for you. It has a very green taste, and can get a little too earthy when over-steeped. I like the taste at a little bit under 15 minutes. I have had it with and without honey, both taste great. It is also definitely cost effective vs. caffeine, as a bag used with 1TB per cup lasts a month. Can't say enough good things about this tea. It has truly helped me live my life."
