Late Summer sounbath Journey

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Friday August 21st at 7pm for a relaxing, rejuvenating and clarifying guided experience - a respite from the busy-ness of everyday life and time to reflect on what is to come for the rest of the summer and fall. Tanvi and Daniel will be providing an immersive sound bath, along with an opportunity for guided meditation and reflective journaling.

Space is limited, tickets must be purchased 5 hours prior to event start time unless notified. Refunds accepted up to 24 hours prior to event unless cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 Tanvi is a Naturopathic Doctor, licensed acupuncturist and integrative-psychiatric fellow, and Daniel has been creating soundscapes for years using various mediums. Together, they will facilitate a sound bath using crystal bowls and monolina monochord, along with percussive instruments and bells. Tanvi will also guide participants in centering and grounding exercises, as well as an optional journaling and reflection session.
