Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Monday August 17th at 7pm for an evening of ceremony, breath and deep heart coherence. A ceremonial journey with cacao, conscious connected breathwork and meditation guided by the wisdom of the Mayan Cosmovision. We will open in prayer with a wisdom talk on cacao and the cosmovision, the living, breathing spiral of time that connects us back to the heart of Mother Earth. An invitation to be held by ancient wisdom, by Pachamama, by the medicine of your own breath and the medicine of Ixcacao. Come home to the wild wisdom that has always lived within you. Sasha is a devoted ceremonialist, breathwork facilitator and medicine woman, who has spent the last 3 years living in Guatemala and Peru, carrying teachings transmitted through the wisdom of her teachers of the Mayan K’iche lineage in Guatemala. Through SomaKan Cacao & Alchemy she offers Cacao and breath journeys, somatic and vitality coaching and deeply intentional ceremonial containers. Her work bridges science and spirit with the teachings of the earth and the wisdom of our ancestors, guiding people back into their heart and into right relationship with all of life.
