This is the Harvest Moon — the first full moon of fall, the one our ancestors gathered under to bring in everything they'd grown. It rises in Aries, a fire sign, on a night lit by fire. The sky is asking one thing: what have you been growing all year that's finally ready to be claimed?

Full moons are for culmination and release. Whatever you planted at the new moon — in your work, your relationships, yourself — this is the night to honor what bloomed and let go of what didn't. You can't harvest with full hands.

Join Taylor Ann Trad for a fire-lit evening of sound, tea, and release inside Anima Mundi Apothecary. We'll open with herbal tea and grounding, move through a guided journaling practice to name what you're celebrating and what you're setting down, and then lie back for a full sound meditation — ancient Tibetan bowls, gongs, and frequencies that help the body release what the mind has been holding. To close, we'll burn what we wrote — letting the fire take what you're ready to leave behind.

You'll walk out lighter than you walked in. You always do.
