Firelight Sound Ceremony with Taylor Ann Trad - August 11th

Be present with us on Tuesday, August 11th  from 7:00pm to 8:30pm for a 90-minute journey of sound, community, and stillness in Venice.

This is the first ceremony of August for this sound meditation series. 

The evening includes herbal tea, breathwork, journaling by firelight, guided visualization, and a full immersive sound meditation. The group will sit with the question: What is the last thing standing between me and the person I'm becoming — and am I willing to let it go?
