Breathwork Qigong and meditation

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Monday July 13th at 7pm for an evening of Qi gong, breathwork and meditation. 

Through gentle and rhythmic movements, breathwork, and meditation, learn to manage stress,  enhance longevity, and learn to live in the present moment and reach new depths of the human experience. 

Lesley Doukhowetzky will teach you how to give yourself a natural energy boost, calm your mind, cleanse and fortify your organs and deepen your connection to nature. We will go through a Five Elements class that is a healing framework you can use to recognize imbalances in your body, mind, emotions, and spirit... and heal them. 

No prior qigong practice is necessary

Lesley Doukhowetzky Is a certified Qi gong Instructor specializing in medical Qi gong, Hatha Yoga and Kriya Yoga Instuctor, Reiki master, and breathwork teacher and facilitator. She utilizes many modalities in order to Teach people how to harmonize all physical, energetic and spiritual bodies.

Qi gong has played a crucial role in my complete healing of mind, body, and spirit, enabling me to connect with the oneness of the universe and becoming fully present and embodying what it is to be fully human. By practicing this ancient form daily, through breath and movement Qi gong has helped me to heal my Mind, Body, And Spirit.
