The Fall Equinox invites us into a beautiful moment of balance when light and dark meet equally and we begin our journey into the more inward seasons of the year. Alongside the Virgo New Moon, we are invited to ground back into our bodies, tend to what needs our care and nourishment, clear what is no longer serving us, and plant intentions that feel rooted and aligned for the season ahead.
Through living in relationship with the seasons and cycles, we can deepen our connection to the earth, the elements we are made of, our bodies, and our own natural rhythms. Through intuitively led somatic yogic movement, breathwork, Reiki energy healing, meditation and sound, we will honor what has grown and ripened within us, what we are ready to harvest, and what we are ready to gently let go of.
There will be space for optional sharing, journaling and contemplation as we transition inward carrying the light of summer as a resource for the darker days ahead, transitioning into fall with more balance, grounding, ease and softness.
Please bring: a yoga mat and a blanket.
About Lotem
Lotem Porat is an integrative holistic healing practitioner, yogini, and meditator at heart. Her intuitively guided and heart-led sessions are tailored to each individual and group, weaving together ancient healing modalities including yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki energy work — practices she has studied and facilitated for over a decade.
Lotem is passionate about blending the practical and mystical, creating spaces where people can reconnect to their intuition, authenticity, embodiment, and inner light. Known for her loving meditation voice, soulful presence, and deeply transformative facilitation style, she guides others into deeper connection with themselves and the collective. Her favorite moments are when the room synchronizes in breath and energy, allowing everyone to soften from the mind into the heart.
