Channeled Soundbath for the Equinox with Sonya

A sonic meditation of singing bowls and channeled singing to reflect on transitions and making space for change this fall equinox. In old traditions across the northern hemisphere the equinox was considered one of the major seasonal turnings of the year. It was a time to gather in the last of the harvest, bid summer farewell and turn our attention to prepare for fall and winter.

As we receive the frequencies of this Soundbath, how do these metaphorical themes show up in your life? Bring a journal and a pen so we can journal on some thematic questions before settling into the Soundbath. Bring cozy layers to add as the evening chills, and bring an open heart to receive your internal wisdom.
