Join us for a transformative workshop designed specifically for healers, practitioners, and those who hold space for others. Learn sacred ancestral practices that will protect your energy, deepen your intuition, and anchor you in spiritual truth as you serve your community. You'll discover how to build a relationship with your ancestors for guidance in your healing work, create rituals for energetic protection, and understand how ancestral alignment can prevent burnout and spiritual depletion. Whether you're a bodyworker, therapist, energy healer, doula, or community caregiver, this workshop offers practical tools rooted in ancestral wisdom to help you sustain your practice with clarity, power, and divine support.

This is just the beginning. After building your foundation, you'll have the opportunity to join an advanced workshop for those ready to deepen their ancestral practice and healing journey.

You are welcome to bring the following if you feel called to do so: 

• Small photos of your ancestors for the ancestor altar
• Journal and pen for notes, reflections, and messages
• Water bottle to stay hydrated

About Angela + Benjamind Sands

Angela Cruz and Benjamin Sands, co-founders of Ndoro Healing Arts, are initiated Spirit Mediums in the tradition of the Shona people of Zimbabwe as well as initiated priests in the Afro-Cuban traditions of Palo Monte and Lucumi.

Angela is a descendant of Visayan and Gaddang lineages of the Philippines, a traditional healer, reproductive birth justice advocate, and certified Full Spectrum Indigenous Doula with over 20 years of practice rooted in cultural initiations and ancestral wisdom.

Benjamin's 25+ year journey into the traditional music and spirituality of West, Central, Southern Africa, and the Diaspora has shaped his work as a diviner, drummer, mbira player, and practitioner.

Together, they are committed to creating sacred spaces where individuals can safely connect with their ancestors, reclaim ancestral wisdom, and walk their paths with spiritual clarity and empowerment. Their work is anchored in the belief that each person carries unique medicine to share with humanity and that reconnection to lineage opens pathways to healing, liberation, and divine alignment.
