Ace of Wands: Cultivating the Spark

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Thursday October 15th at 7pm for an experiential workshop centered around the Ace of Wands. 

The spark of an idea, desire, creative impulse, or new beginning. Rather than simply learning the traditional meaning of a tarot card, we’ll use the Ace of Wands as a tool for reflection, creativity, and intentional action. Together, we’ll explore what is asking to be cultivated in our lives and how we can begin giving that spark somewhere to grow.

No previous tarot experience is necessary.

Tarot cards will be available to use during the workshop, and participants are welcome to bring their own deck if they have one.

What to Expect

This is a reflective, hands-on tarot experience rather than a traditional tarot class. We’ll move between conversation, tarot, writing, and creative exercises as we explore the relationship between inspiration and action.

Come with an open mind, a notebook or writing utensil, and something in your life that you’ve been feeling called towards: whether it’s a creative project, a personal change, a new beginning, or simply a question you’re ready to explore.

About Andrea

Andrea is a tarot reader, creative practitioner, and the founder of a tarot practice rooted in symbolism, self-reflection, and intentional storytelling. With years of experience reading tarot professionally through private readings for individuals all around the world, events, markets, and creative collaborations, she approaches tarot as a tool for exploring the stories we tell about ourselves and the possibilities available to us.

Her work blends traditional tarot symbolism with creativity, psychology, ritual, and embodied reflection, creating experiences that invite people to engage with tarot beyond prediction and into personal meaning-making.
