- Hi Amy, Yes, you can drink a cup of Dream Tea every night if you wish. However, we generally recommend taking a pause on products you use daily every so often to allow your body to reset.
- Would this be primarily used for helping you sleep? Or is this more so to induce lucid dreaming?
- Hi Madison, The herbs in our Dream elixir and tea are relaxing and can help induce lucid dreaming, so we definitely recommend them for this purpose. If you are looking to induce deep sleep, we recommend Mulungu as an alternative.
- Will this help with staying asleep? And could this help after taking benzodiazepines for 3ish months??

- Hi Emma, We do not recommend smoking this tea blend, as there are root powders such as Kava Kava and Ginger which would be very irritating to the lungs if inhaled. We do sell smoke blends that might interest you!
