SUGGESTED USE

Simmer 2 tsp of Pau D'Arco in 4 cups of water until the volume is reduced by half. Keep this in a glass container to drink throughout the day. It is easier to simmer once and keep for the day, or simmer enough for 2 days, keep in fridge and enjoy throughout the day. Calculate about 3-4 tsp per day (4-6 c) of Pau D'Arco if on a Candida cleanse.

Enjoy Gynostemma tea in the AM and/or PM. Steep in hot water for 5 min. Strain and enjoy this nourishing tea alone, or add a splash of your Pau D'Arco decoction.

Use Amargo Bitters 3x per day, 30 min before meals, or with a liquid meal of choice (green juice, candida-friendly smoothies, broth or soup etc).
