RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1.5 tsp Belly Love Powder
  • ½ tsp Adaptogenic Tonic
  • optional: gold star sprinkles for extra whimsy

Instructions:

1. Scoop one cup of Greek yogurt into a bowl.

2. Add Adaptogenic Tonic and Belly Love Powder. Stir until combined.

3. Slice fruits (kiwi, banana, strawberries). Then, using a medium-sized star cookie cutter, cut out as many stars as possible from the kiwi slices.

4. Using a small-sized star cookie cutter, cut out as many stars as possible from the banana and strawberry slices.

5. Arrange fruits on the yogurt mixture and add sprinkles for extra whimsy if desired
