Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Tuesday May 19th at 7pm for another evening of Inner Ether guided breathwork.
This journey is an invitation to explore that quiet place within, the one only you can access, the one that knows. Kirstie weaves breathwork, sound, and felt sense meditation to guide you beneath the surface and into altered states of consciousness, where you can access deeper layers of yourself. We’ll welcome all of it - the tension, the tenderness, the parts you've learned to override, creating space for what's been stored to surface and be released. This work is an act of remembrance, a return to your body, your breath, to self.

Kirstie Kleine Jaeger is a certified trauma-informed breathwork and sound facilitator. She is the founder of INNER ETHER, a practice where breath and sound meet to guide the body into remembrance. She is currently deepening her practice in forest therapy, drawn to co-creating with nature and deep listening. Her work has been described as "both grounding and expansive” - a place where "something heavy leaves, and something light returns." Kirstie offers group breathwork journeys, sound ceremonies, and 1:1 sessions in NYC and virtually, approaching this work as both a student and guide.
