Return to Self is an immersive, in-person experience designed to help you slow down, release what you've been carrying, and reconnect with yourself through ceremonial cacao and somatic breathwork.

We'll begin by grounding into the space, connecting with one another, and setting personal intentions before preparing and sharing ceremonial cacao together. As we prepare our cacao, you'll be invited to infuse your cup with intention and enter a ritual of presence, connection, and reflection.

Cacao gently invites you deeper into your body, helping quiet the mind, soften the heart, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through intention, music, gentle movement, and mindful presence, you'll create space to slow down and open to what is ready to unfold.

From this grounded place, you'll be guided through a somatic breathwork journey designed to help release emotional blocks, move stagnant energy, and cultivate greater clarity, openness, and self-connection.

Together, cacao and breathwork create space to gently release what you've been carrying and reconnect with your inner truth.

For anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to come home to themselves, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be fully present in your own life.

About Carolina

Carolina Nella is a certified Breathwork and Cacao Facilitator specializing in somatic practices and transformational experiences that support emotional release, self-connection, and embodied growth.

With over five years of breathwork practice and more than nine years exploring the subconscious mind, Carolina is passionate about the connection between the mind, body, and our ability to create meaningful transformation.

Through conscious breathwork, she guides individuals beyond the thinking mind and into deeper awareness—creating space to release stored emotions, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner wisdom and alignment.

Carolina completed her Transformational Breathwork & Sacred Space Holding training in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, where she deepened her ability to guide conscious breathwork journeys and facilitate grounded, supportive spaces for inner exploration.

Her work is also deeply influenced by ceremonial cacao, which she first connected with during her time in Guatemala. Drawn to cacao’s ability to cultivate presence, openness, and heart-centered connection, Carolina continued deepening her relationship with this plant through studies in the cacao forests of Peru and with a ceremonialist based in Guatemala.

Today, Carolina weaves breathwork and cacao into transformational experiences designed to help individuals slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release what they’ve been carrying, and return to a deeper sense of clarity, presence, and self-connection.
