Hi, I bought he mangosteen hibuscus powder, but it doesn't really dissolve well in hot tea nor in hot water- it stays very powdery- is this how it is supposed to be ? or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Liliana! Because our products are extremely pure and we don't add any emulsifiers, sometimes the powders do not completely dissolve. We recommend adding them to warm/hot liquids first, and using an electric whisk to combine them. If there is any leftover sediment, you can either strain it out, keep a spoon in your beverage to stir as you go, or try adding the powder to smoothies or mixing into a dish like oatmeal for a more blended option. Hi Rachel, Mangosteen Hibiscus powder does have a coarser texture than some of our other powders, due to the nature of the plants and parts of the plants utilized for it. We really enjoy it mixed into hot lemon water for an extra tart boost in the morning. It also mixes really well into smoothies with softer fruits like banana and avocado, which can balance out the texture. Thanks!
