Sound Bath + Group Energy Healing

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Monday December 16th at 7pm for 60 minutes of group sonic and energy healing to nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

We will begin with intention setting over tea, followed by sound (Miriam) and
energy (Milo) healing. Afterwards, there will be space for collective integration and exploring of the Anima Mundi Apothecary.

This gathering may be for you if:
● You’re craving a healing space to rest, unwind, and receive care.
● Your mind often races, and you’d like to practice easing mental tension and
promoting inner calm.
● You feel drawn to reconnect with your body, and you’re open to experiencing
how sound and energy healing can support you.
● You’re interested in attuning to your own energy and learning how sound can
harmonize your inner systems.
● You’re open to a restorative experience that honors both ancient healing wisdom
and modern insights into vibrational wellness.

Though we’ll be in a group setting, energy healing will be individual and bespoke:
participants will have the opportunity to share specific intentions, as well as their
comfort with hands-on/off prior to receiving treatment.

Please note: Late arrivals can be welcomed into the space until 7:15 pm, at which we will close the space to support focus for participants and facilitators.

It’s important to us to acknowledge that this gathering takes place on the ancestral
and unceded land of the Lenape people, whose traditions, care for the land, and
deep connection to the rhythms of the natural world remain present and alive in this place. This gathering honors the Lenape’s understanding of interconnectedness,
where every being, land, and element is part of a larger community.
In this space, you’ll be invited to connect with the sanctuary within yourself, to
recognize that your breath, your heartbeat, and your voice are part of a long
lineage of life and resilience. As we gather for healing and grounding, let us
remember that our personal restoration is tied to the greater restoration of the world around us. 

Milo (they/them) is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Naturopathic Healer, and
Intuitive. Gifted with the ability to observe stored memory in the body, Milo
witnesses what clients hold in their bodies and facilitates powerful release. A
systems-thinker, Milo works to restore connection among the mind, body, and
spirit. By shifting energetic blocks caused by held emotion, stress, trauma,
internalized phobias, and psychosomatic beliefs, Milo offers relief, activating and
nurturing reserves of groundedness, love, strength, and creativity in the newfound
space.

Miriam Hamisa (she/they) is a peace activist and interdisciplinary and intuitive
sound artist who blends sacred melody and chant from the Jewish tradition with
ancient sound healing tools like Himalayan and Tibetan singing bowls, voice work,
and resonance. Her offerings integrate elements from the worlds of somatic
experiencing, classical and alternative meditation, and the neurobiology of trauma
and resilience. Grounded in the principles of the Internal Family Systems Model as
well as Integrative Peace Theory, Miriam centers integration at the heart of her
personal work and in her offerings. Through her work, Miriam invites the participant
into the exploration of the thesis that by making space for the personal internal
work of integration and release, and letting that work deeply affect and heal us, we
can create powerful and far-reaching ripple effects in our relationships and
relational systems.
