Sonic Tonic: Melt into bliss with Yoga Nidra and Sound

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a vedic guided meditation practice that offers us an opportunity to drop into theta and delta brainwave states where deep healing occurs. Paired with sound and vibrational medicine, this experience will help you release and let go of any stagnancy. It also provides a pathway for us to strengthen the connection between the mind and body, and plant seeds deep within the subconscious mind to rewire outdated patternings. You will leave feeling profoundly refreshed!

Allison Bagg is a sound healer, breathwork facilitator, intuitive guide and artist based in Los Angeles. She utilizes a plethora of modalities to help clients ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries and open portals to the magic and abundance within. Certified in gong, crystal alchemy singing bowls, planetary chimes and tuning forks, Allison aims to bring together both hemispheres of the brain in a beautiful marriage of spirit and science. Everything is vibration, after all, and by tuning ourselves like instruments, we can activate the healer within, reprogramming both the cellular and energetic forces within.
