Sacred Sexuality: INITIATION

Learn to relate to your sexuality as sacred life force by consciously cultivating your authentic erotic energy to create healing, power, confidence and more pleasure!

By intentionally connecting to your sacred sexual energy you can use it not just for better, more soul-satisfying intimacy, but also to bring your dreams into reality, to recreate a more deliciously authentic identity, heal your history, and to bring your creative presence into the world!

In this workshop we will use light breathwork and energy moving practices to build an embodied experience of your sexual center, bringing self love and connection to your authentic sacred and sensual self. With these tools and practices you can begin to direct your life force energy to realize your desires - inside the bedroom and out.

Come wearing comfortable clothes you can move easily in and if you are so inclined, something that makes you feel beautiful and/or sexy.

Sacred Sexuality: Initiation is for all genders and bodies. There is no nudity or explicit sexuality in the workshop.
