Sacred Drumming Circle

$ 25

Join us Wednesday, February 28th from 7p-9pm for an immersive two hours where we will dive into the ancient art of drumming, guided by the experienced hands of Erin Wile. This circle is open to ALL who identify as female. Whether you are a skilled drummer or holding a drum for the first time, this circle welcomes all levels of experience.

Erin is honored to host a Sacred Drumming Circle at Anima Mundi Apothecary in Brooklyn. Give voice to your Soul! This is a profound opportunity to connect with your inner self and the feminine on a very deep level, using drums; the heartbeat of our Mother Earth. For millennia, many ancient cultures across the world have used the Drum to call people together. It connects us with the primordial rhythm of life – that of our heart beat. Studies have shown that when we gather together to drum, sing and unite, we generate kindness and compassion as the beat of the drum carries our prayers and intentions beyond our physical selves.

Together we will:
•Ground together in our circle with cacao and a mediation
•Connect to the Drum with gratitude
•Learn Medicine Drum songs
•Journal + Share Circle in reflection
•Allow the process to unfold organically

*please bring your drum if you have one*

Let the beat of our drums resonate within and beyond, carrying the essence of our shared journey into the world. We look forward to drumming with you under the cosmic embrace.
